My story

   My name is Margo, owner and chocolatier of Margo’s Fine Chocolate. Having grown up in Ukraine and traveled throughout Europe, I developed a deep appreciation for fresh ingredients and the art of making semi-sweet, high-quality desserts. When I moved to the United States, I noticed that the approach to food, especially chocolate, was different—often sweeter and more processed. That contrast inspired me to recreate the rich, flavorful chocolates I experienced in Europe, offering a unique taste experience here in the U.S
​   As a certified chocolatier, trained through the Ecole Chocolate Professional Chocolatier program, I am dedicated to sharing this indulgent experience with my clients.
